TSC
TSC The Tourist Service Center (TSC) is situated in one of the most prestigious locations in Krakow – right next to the Vistula River, at the foot of Wawel Hill. Located at ul. Powiśle 11, the modern building is open every day from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m. The TSC was created to address the needs of several thousand guests who visit the castle and the area of Wawel Hill every day.

Thanks to the staff and modern technological solutions of points of the Tourist Information Network InfoKraków and the Malopolska Tourist Information System (created in co-operation with the Marshal’s Office of the Malopolska Region), tourists and inhabitants have access to information points provided with complete and up-to-date materials about tourist and cultural attractions of the city. All are, of course, available in several language versions.

The professional activities of the TSC are appreciated by the industry. In 2011, the Tourist Information Network InfoKraków at ul. Powiśle 11 won second place in the competition of the Polish Tourist Organisation for the best IT point in Poland in the top 4-star category.

XI-IV: Mon-Sun 9.00 a.m. -5.00 p.m.
V-X: Mon-Sun 9.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
